Common Areas:
• Pick up trash, empty all waste and recycling receptacles, and reline waste receptacles with plastic liners.
• Dust and wipe horizontal surfaces (including handrails).
• Dust and wipe chairs, pews, table tops, counters.
• Dust and clean all glass and mirrors.
• Clean entry door glass.
• Spot clean marks next to light switches, doors, door frames, and glass.
• Sanitize and polish drinking fountains.
• Mop hard floors with cleaner including under mats.
• Vacuum carpeted areas & mats.
• Wipe and clean base moldings.
Sanitize Restrooms:
• Clean and disinfect toilets and urinals. Clean interior and exterior of units.
• Clean and disinfect counters, sinks and soap dispensers.
• Clean and polish mirrors, dispensers and chrome fixtures.
• Sweep, damp mop, scrub and disinfect all restroom floors.
• Remove any substances from floor surfaces.
• Dust and wipe surfaces within reach including partitions and vents.
• Fill all toilet paper, paper towel, seat covers, and soap dispensers.
• Clean and disinfect outside of all waste receptacles.
• Pick up trash, empty all waste, and reline waste receptacles with plastic liners.
Kitchen Break Area:
• Pick up trash, empty all waste and recycling receptacles, and reline waste receptacles with plastic liners.
• Clean the tops of garbage cans.
• Clean lunchroom countertops, tabletops, and sinks.
• Stock paper towels if needed.
• Spot clean front of cabinets and major appliances.
• Wipe clean tables and chairs.
• Sweep and damp mop hard surfaces.
• Vacuum all carpeted areas.
Office Spaces:
• Pick up trash, empty all waste and recycling receptacles, and reline waste receptacles with plastic liners.
• Dust and wipe window ledges and other horizontal surfaces within reach.
• Dust and wipe office equipment.
• Damp wipe and sanitize telephones.
• Vacuum carpeted areas under desks and move chairs & floor mats.
